1. Returns Eligibility
You may return your Montblanc watch within 30 days from the date of purchase for a full refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, the watch must be in its original condition, unused, and in the original packaging. Items that have been altered or damaged are not eligible for return.

2. Return Process
To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at info@montblancprestiger.com. You will need to provide your order number and the reason for the return. Our team will guide you through the process and provide you with a return authorization and instructions.

3. Refund Process
Once we receive the returned watch and verify that it meets our return conditions, we will process your refund. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7-10 business days. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable.

4. Exchanges
If you wish to exchange your watch for a different model or size, please contact our customer service team to arrange for the exchange. Exchanges are subject to availability, and the watch must be returned in its original condition.

5. Non-Refundable Items
Certain items may not be eligible for return, including but not limited to:

• Gift cards
• Custom-made or engraved watches

6. Shipping Costs
Customers are responsible for the return shipping costs, unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., incorrect item sent). We recommend using a tracked shipping service to return your item, as Montblancprestiger is not responsible for items lost during return shipping.

7. Damaged or Defective Items
If your watch is damaged or defective upon arrival, please contact us immediately at info@montblancprestiger.com. We will arrange for a replacement or a full refund, depending on your preference.
